Mrs. M from Brisbane Australia skyped our class so she could meet us. She has Year 5 students who want to be our buddies this year. Mrs. M read us her favorite story – Koala Lou by Mem Fox. Mrs. M also sent us some Caramello Koala Bears which we enjoyed at snack. It will be lots of fun having class buddies from Australia.

We imagine it must have been exciting having Mrs M skype in to read to you. We remember when Mrs Knee skyped in to meet us on our first day of school, way back in January.
Koala Lou is a well known and loved story by Australian author, Mem Fox. It is a favourite of many of us too.
